I started taking MonaVie after a friend suggested it might help with the pain I've had in my hands and fingers. I had what I called a "trigger finger" that would lock up and really hurt to unlock. After taking the product for about 6 weeks, my pain and "trigger finger" were gone. I also sleep a minimum of 7-8 hours a night where I have only gotten 5-6 hours for years. I'm also diabetic (type II)and no longer have pain in my legs or tingling in my feet. My doctor recently told me I had "great circulation" in my feet ---- of course I told her about MonaVie. Was on MonaVie active from 1 April 2008 thru Sept 30 2008 & total cholesterol fell 26 mg/dL.
